Cooperative Leadership Academy

Organization: Mi Casa, Inc.

Project: Mi Casa, Inc. provides training and technical assistance to tenant associations and limited equity cooperatives. I worked with program staff to establish pre- and post-training surveys to evaluate knowledge increases and collect feedback from Mi Casa's Cooperative Leadership Academy trainings. I also worked with the communications manager on strategies to increase response rates and trained staff in use of tools to collect live feedback from participants during presentations. I worked with leadership and program staff to increase program evaluation capacity by establishing practices like consistently reporting key performance indicators on each training in their database. 

In addition to the performance measurement work, I crafted a landing page for past and future trainings, and worked with the communications manger to create an event promotion strategy that increased monthly attendance and facilitated the organization getting post-training feedback from participants..
